Dagen.AI provides an AI-native data engineering platform that enables users to:

• Build and manage data pipelines using natural language descriptions
• Connect to various data sources including Salesforce, databases, and cloud data warehouses
• Create and execute DBT (Data Build Tool) tasks
• Schedule, monitor, and optimize data workflows
• Build and deploy AI agents for task automation
• Integrate with GitHub and VSCode
• Analyze data sources, create ER diagrams, and infer data semantics
• Design and implement target data models with automated mapping
• Perform data quality monitoring and anomaly detection
• Optimize query performance and infrastructure costs

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services, including all software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, logos, and content (excluding User Content), are owned by Dagen.AI and protected by intellectual property laws.

Code generated by our AI systems based on your natural language instructions is provided to you for your use. However, we retain the right to use similar patterns and approaches in our Services for other users.

6. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Services require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your selected pricing plan. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dagen.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
